Her work across Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati films has resulted in several super hits and Golden Jubilee films that helped revitalize the traditionally male-dominated Marathi film industry. Her vision and determination earned her the prestigious Chitrapati V. Shantaram Jeevangaurav Puraskar (Lifetime Achievement Award), presented by the Government of Maharashtra. She also manages Real Touch Studio Pvt. Ltd., a respected post-production studio. In 2024, under her leadership as Senior Vice President of the IMPPA International Committee, IMPPA made its first official appearance at the 77th and 78th Cannes Film Festival, in collaboration with the CII India Pavilion—marking a historic moment for Indian producers on the international stage.
